One of the reasons why some organizations will promote you once you acquire an MBA is because it is expected that after going through the MBA program, you a far better leader than what you were before. Therefore, it is important that when you are pursuing the MBA, you take seriously the aspects of leadership that you may learn in the process.

Improved Character

Apart from leadership skills, you must also train yourself to be more focused and hardworking. Truth be said, a lot of success does not comes through higher intelligence, but mainly due to a better character and a much better ability to focus.
